Slimming Down!

Every day I open up my browser to my workout plan and get myself mentally ready to do it. I must say, the more I exercise, the better I feel. I guess it’s true what they say about the rush you get. I don’t want to stop!

I have been sticking to the plan on exercise.com and am thrilled to say I have lost 10 pounds since New Year’s Day! I work out 20 to 40 minutes a day 5 or 6 days a week and am eating low carb. With my daughter’s birthday less than a month away, I am more motivated than ever to just keep going.

I’m not stopping there. Late February I’m attending a wedding and need to fit into a pretty dress. Also, my daughter is becoming a toddler and I need to keep up!

Here’s to always being motivated to being healthier!
